Do you take on whole new-build projects?

Yes — substructure through to keys on a single contract. We can also take on shell-only or fit-out-only packages if that suits your delivery plan.

Can you build to a self-builder's design?

Yes. We work directly with your architect and structural engineer, and report progress and cost monthly so you have a clear picture without needing to be on site.

What warranties cover a Shawma new build?

We work with NHBC or Premier Guarantee — your choice. The warranty inspector visits at the key stages and signs the property off at completion.

How long does a single new-build take?

Typically twelve to eighteen months on site for a standard four-bedroom detached, depending on site access, services and the level of fit-out. We give you a written programme before contracts.
