Almost always, yes. The kitchen itself is out of action for the strip-out and fit weeks — we set up a temporary kettle-and-microwave point so you can still make coffee and breakfast. We agree the no-kitchen window in week one.
A straightforward bathroom refit is two to three weeks on site. Larger schemes — moving soil stacks, structural changes, en-suite additions — run three to five.
Yes. We work to their drawings and schedule, and bring our trades in to deliver to that spec. If you don't have a designer yet, we can introduce you to a few we have worked with.
We are happy to fit any kitchen you have specified — Magnet, Howdens, bespoke joiner, or a designer-led brand. If you would like us to source, we have suppliers across the price range.
