Standard voids 10–15 working days. Complex voids 15–25. Major works to the published agreed programme. We report against your day-rate target every month.

Do you handle asbestos surveys and removal?

Yes — refurbishment-and-demolition asbestos surveys before strip-out, licensed removal by HSE-licensed contractors where required, and clearance certificates in the handover pack.

Can you work to a published possession window?

Yes. We programme backwards from your hand-back date and report progress against it daily.
