Can you upgrade an EPC from D to C?

Most D-rated London stock can reach a C with a combination of loft and underfloor insulation, LED lighting and a heating-controls upgrade. We tell you in writing what each measure will add before you commit.

How long does a typical retrofit take?

Two to four weeks in the void for a single property. Bigger fabric measures — external wall insulation, glazing replacement — push to four to six.

Can you work between tenancies?

Yes. Most of our landlord work happens in the void window. Tell us the date possession is back and we book the trades to start the next working day.

Do you handle the new EPC assessment?

Yes. An accredited assessor re-rates the property as part of the package and you get the new certificate at handover.
